Appointments and Cancellations

Booking

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via our messaging channels (LINE, WhatsApp, or other supported platforms). A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to attend at the scheduled date and time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for availability. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a booking deposit being required for future appointments.

Late Arrivals
