Frequently Asked Questions

Booking, prices, our branches and what to expect on your first visit.

Booking and consultations

You can book by message, by phone, or through the form on our website. Messaging us is the quickest way to ask a question and arrange a time that suits you.

Our consultant team answers your messages. They can help with questions about treatments and branches, and when you are ready they will book your free consultation with one of our doctors.

No, your consultation is free, and it comes before every treatment. You sit down with one of our doctors, who assesses the area you want to treat and talks through your options. You leave with a clear recommendation.

There is no obligation to book anything on the day. You can take the recommendation away and decide in your own time.

Yes, you can book your treatment for the same day as your consultation, or take your doctor’s plan away and decide later. Your doctor will tell you if your treatment needs to be scheduled for another day.

Walk-ins are welcome at all of our branches, so you do not need an appointment. If you are nearby and have time, come in and the team will look after you.

Messaging us first does make the visit easier. The team can confirm which branch suits the treatment you have in mind and set a time with you. That way, your free consultation is on the calendar before you arrive.

Yes, you can send photos before you visit, and it is a good way to get an early opinion. Send a few clear photos of the area by message: front and side views are the most useful.

One of our doctors reviews them, and our consultant sends the doctor’s feedback back to you. From there you can book a free consultation to talk through your options in person.

Prices and payment

Your exact price comes at your free consultation, once one of our doctors has assessed you and recommended a plan. Every treatment page shows a starting price, so you can get a feel for the cost before you contact us.

Our current offers are on our promotions page, and they change through the year. Message us with the treatment you have in mind, and the team will tell you whether an offer covers it.

Your visit

Yes, we treat men at every branch. Most of our treatments are for anyone.

The consultation is the place to talk through your goals. One of our doctors will listen, assess you and recommend what fits, so you are not left guessing which treatment to ask for.

Yes. We use genuine products from established brands, including Allergan, Galderma and Merz, sourced from approved suppliers. Your doctor will tell you which product they recommend for your treatment and why.

Your consultation is always with one of our doctors, who plans your treatment with you. Some treatments, such as facials and laser hair removal, are then performed by our trained aestheticians, and your doctor will tell you who carries out yours.

Yes. Every doctor who treats you has a profile on our Meet Our Team page, showing their full name, their Medical Council of Thailand license number and the treatments they perform.

Our clinics

Visit whichever branch suits you. Our doctors rotate, so no doctor is tied to one location, and every branch is in Bangkok:

Some treatments need a specific machine. If yours does, the team books you at a branch that has it, so tell us the treatment you have in mind.

Tap a branch above for directions.

The closest branch depends on where you are staying. Four of our six branches sit on the BTS Skytrain:

  • Siam Paragon: BTS Siam
  • Emporium and EmQuartier: BTS Phrom Phong
  • Central Ladprao: BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao

Message us the name of your hotel or the area you are staying in, and the team will suggest the most convenient branch for you.

We are open every day, weekends included, so you can fit a visit around the rest of your plans.

  • Siam Paragon, Emporium, EmQuartier, Central Ladprao and Central Pinklao: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
  • Ekkamai: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Walk in during those hours, or message us first and the team will set a time with you.

All of our clinics are in Bangkok, five of them inside shopping malls and one on Ekkamai Road, where all our surgery takes place. Wherever you are staying in the city, message us and the team will point you to the branch that suits you.

Languages, travel and aftercare

Most of our doctors speak English, and your consultation is with an English-speaking doctor. You can ask questions, raise concerns and go through your doctor’s recommendation in plain English, for as long as you need.

Yes, you can still have treatment on a short stay, and many of our clients combine treatment with a trip. Message us your dates before you arrive, and the team will plan around them.

Some treatments fit into a single visit. Others work as a course spread across return visits, so you can start now and continue the next time you are here. Your doctor will tell you which applies.

If you are planning cosmetic surgery, how long you stay and when it is safe to fly depend on the procedure. Ask at your free assessment, so you have both before you book flights.

Your point of contact after treatment is the same consultant you booked with, on the same channel: WhatsApp, LINE, Messenger, or email. The chat stays open after you leave the clinic and once you are home. If anything comes up during your recovery, message the team and they will help from there.

You can see results in our before and after gallery, which is organized by treatment so you can go straight to the one you are considering.

For reviews, search for KKC Clinic on Google. Each of our branches has its own Google Business listing, and you can read what clients have said about each one.
